  • Payment information: All payments are processed by Creem, our third-party payment provider. We do not receive, store, or have access to your credit card number, billing address, or full payment details. Creem shares with us a subscription status and a payment reference ID so we can maintain your Pro account.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Service, and interactions with our tools.
  • Device data: Browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, and language preferences.
  • Network data: IP address (stored in anonymized form), referring URL, and approximate geographic region derived from your IP.

What We Do NOT Collect

  • Your audio files: All audio processing happens locally in your browser using the Web Audio API. Your files are never uploaded to, stored on, or accessible from any server. We cannot see, hear, or access your music.
  • Your exported tracks: Export happens entirely on your device. We never receive a copy of your exported audio.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • Process and manage Pro subscriptions.
  • Send essential account-related communications (password reset, subscription renewal notices).
  • Respond to your support inquiries.
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service and fix bugs.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. Our advertising practices are described in the advertising section below.

4. How We Share Your Information

  • Creem:Payment processing for Pro subscriptions. Creem receives your payment details directly — we never see them. See Creem's privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.
  • Resend: Email delivery for transactional messages (password resets, subscription confirmations).
  • Analytics providers: We use privacy-focused analytics (such as Plausible) that do not use cookies or track individuals across sites. We may process anonymized, aggregate data to understand how the Service is used.
  • Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:

  • All connections to our Service are encrypted with TLS (HTTPS).

A core privacy feature of our Service is that your audio files are processed entirely in your browser. Because the files never leave your device, there is no server-side audio data to breach. This is by design.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records for paid subscriptions).

Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely for internal analysis and product improvement.

When advertising is enabled and a tool-page slot has enough space, Adsterra ads load automatically without an on-site permission or withdrawal control. Adsterra and its partners may receive network information and use cookies or tracking technologies; their exact names, purposes and durations have not been verified. Their scripts run in the main page and can access its DOM; we do not promise complete isolation or reversal of third-party effects. Audio processing stays in your browser. Our application does not upload your audio or pass your file name, audio buffers, Blob/object URLs, account identity or plan to the ad configuration. Browser privacy controls may restrict third-party activity.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. Our servers and service providers may be located in the United States and other jurisdictions. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your personal information remains protected regardless of where it is processed.
